Personaly, I shy stay away from breeders who find 2 adult animals and breed them with the intent on making a quick "profit". Infact, they upset me and i feel they destroy the chondro community.

To me this is not what keeping chondros is about. I look for someone who centers his or her attention to on chondros and has a love and passion for the species.

It might sound weird, but to me there are Chondro People and Non Chondro people. You can pretty much smell a non Chondro person from a mile away. These animals are (again in my opinion) one of the most beautiful, royal, majestic and perfect thing on this planet. I dont see them just as "snakes". I look for the exact same if not more passionate attitude in my breeder.

So (im not trying to be meen here) but if you want to be a sucessful chondro breeder, breeding should be the last thing on your mind, period. A chondro clutch is a blessing. I think a friend of mine said it best "dont expect any chondro to breed for you...ever". Purchase a capive born animal from a reputibal dealer who shares your passion and love for the species. Buy a chondro because you love chondros... not because you want to breed.
