:I have some questions for those who regularly use this incubation technique.
:I have seen a few descriptions with pics but I need a few details.
:Are the egg cups left lidless within the water chamber?
:Doesn't water condense eventually on the top and drip on the eggs? Most folks say it happens only when the eggs start to sweat and near hatching. I don't see why the condensation wouldn't begin to become a problem earlier. It would eventually leave a puddle in the bottom of the egg cup, killing the lower eggs. I was thinking that covering the egg cups but leaving puched holes on the sides may allow for adequate exchange of humidity and air.
:Also, how much space is left between the top of the egg cups and the lid of the water chamber?
:I use a dry type homemade incubator if that makes any difference. If anyone can help with thse details, I would be most appreciative.
:Thanks!
