Helix Help

Hello;
The temp probe on my Helix DBS-1000 was damaged today.I need a replacement pronoto..Can I just replace the prove (the wire was accidently severed). Does anyone have a probe for sale for overnight delivery or can this repair not be done.please any help would be greatly appreciated.
