Actually, it is probably exactly as it looks, someone feeding a chondro to king cobra. As one of their favorite foods are other snakes, it is common practice to feed them such things as ball pythons, retics, boas, ratsnakes, and apparently in this case a chondro. Although a chondro would definitely NOT be my first choice to feed off to ANYTHING, in some places(I'm assuming this picture was taken in SE Asia somewhere, but maybe not)they are probably easy enough to come by to warrant feeding them off. Also, it could be a case of the person keeping this king cobra happened to have a dead chondro in their freezer that they thawed out to feed off and take pics of it either as something funny, or just to get all us tree python people mad for their own enjoyment.
