My homeowner's insurance company recently found out that I own snakes and will not renew my policy when it is due this year. Has anyone else experienced this before? I only own 1 ball python and 2 sandboas. I tried to explain that these are smaller snake species and pose no threat, but the insurance company said that they will not cover anyone who owns any type of snake. Can anyone recommend any good companies? I live in Wisconsin and my current policy is with State Farm. Thanks!
