Well there are a few choices. You could go for a kingsnake, milk snake, or a corn snake. Personaly I have two corns and they are great and I have had no problems with them yet. I also have a ball python. She is less active, a very shy snake and most ball pythons are picky eaters. Make sure if you purchase a ball python she/he is eating.
