:Is it possible to breed snakes in the offseason?

Yes.

: If so, is this species specific?

I do not believe that it is species specific in snakes.

: I plan to breed 1.1 N. sputatrux, 1.1 N. melanoleuca and possibly a few others, it is only April, and I do only have 6 snakes currently. My time is rather unlimited in the warm months, Im wondering if I can get a head start on my breeding projects.

AFAIK, all you have to do is figure out what stimulates breeding (photoperiod, brumation, humidity, whatever) and cycle your snakes so that conditions are right for them to produce eggs/babies in the off season. Good luck.
