I've been using a product called Roccal-D for 25 years. It works well for me. It is a veterinary disinfectant and deodorizer. You should be able to get it from a veterinarian. It comes in one gallon units and you dilute it with water. I use a strength of 2 tablespoons to a gallon of water and just put it in spray bottles. The last I bought was around $45.00 for a gallon, I think, but a gallon will last for years. It is also quite toxic, especially when it's still wet. You will want to spray it in the cage, let it sit for 5 minutes or so, then rinse it out with clean water and let it dry before you put you animals back in. It does well in eliminating the odor.

:Hi,

:I currenlty have 7 boas in my collection. My girlfriend constantly complains of the "Reptile" smell. I clean their cages twice a week (including the newspaper).
:Is there any product I can use to help fight the odor?

:Thanks,
:Peter F.
