rack system help

me and a friend are building a huge rack with 10 cages it is 9 feet long an 3 feet deep an 66 inches high ok so i need some good strip lights i can srew right in the top of each of the 10 cages in the rack i need them in sizes from 15 inches long to 25 inches long somwhere in that size.
