That's a frustrating thing. I would think he's just looking for a female...was he brumated this year? Unlike us, his libido should calm in time, and he'll return to normal, if this is in fact what's up with him. A trick you might want to do is the "shoebox trick"--place a small F/T rat pup in a shoe box, place the snake inside, put the cover on (make sure there's air holes--like I needed to tell you that) and put the box in his cage. Wait over night, and if it worked, you're on your way. If not, you've got a squishy rat pup to clean up, but it always seemed to work with my guys when they would fast for no reason.
Also, try raising the temp in his cage, but not more than about five degrees. That might stimulate a feed reaction, then try the shoebox trick again.
Another thing is to put a bigger water dish in his cage and see if he soaks, he might just be in shed even though you mentioned you didn't see him go opaque.
If none of that works, and it goes on for a few more weeks to months, keep an eye on his color and especially his back--if his spine begins to show it's time to panic, and then you'll need to call in sick to work and take him to the vet and demand that he/she sees you before any Mammals that might be ahead of you in the waiting room.
So, there's my two cents worth (it's a nickle value). I hope he eats soon. Please keep us posted, and good luck.
