Have the little guy with the kinked back checked out by either your herp vet or a wildlife rehabber. If it is indeed broken and not just a birth defect, I'm sure something will need to be done about it.

I wouldn't be surprised if someone hit him with something and that's what caused the problem. Poor little thing. :(
