There are some nice snakes that get some nice length. My personal favorites are northern pines. The northern would be in your length requirement when full grown. Also, like python's they get a nice thickness to them unlike many colubrids. The breeding pair my snake came from are huge, look like giant tail rattling pythons. Both adults were 7 ft and a few inches. They have a great personality. They always hiss and rattle their tails. They act really ill tempered but I've never been struck at or by my northern male. Their attitude is a strong selling point. That's just my suggestion.
