I would think that heat pads would be less costly. Heat pads are usually less than 20 watts (I think) and flexwatt is only a few watts per foot. Compare that to the average wattage on a bulb that you would use...40 up to 250 etc.
:in terms of electric bills, which is more costly to use: lamps or heat pads? i appreciate any advice!
