I hope your snake hasnt become rodent shy. Some peoples snakes who have had a prey item injure them, have gone off feed because of the trauma. Hopefully you have learned your lesson on why to feed either pre-killed or F/T prey items to your snake. Chalk this one up as a learning experience and drive on.
Also you might want to take all the substrate out of the cage and replace with either paper towels or newspaper until the injuries start healing. The last thing your snake needs is for a foriegn body (small particles of substrate)to get into the wounds and cause a nasty infection.

:My snake got chewed on last nigh. The snake was doing his thing trying to shed. The freaken small rat took 4 chunks out of his back. And also nippied the tip of the tail off. I wanted to slam the freaken thing against the wall. I washed the cuts with H2O2. What else should I do. Should I up her temps a bit and take her of the coco coir substrate and put her on papper.
