My Boa's substrate always STINKS

I have 3 snakes, in calcium sand. Texas rat, redtailed boa, baby black mexican king. The Red Tails terrarium always smells awful.
Whats the best non-stinky substrate for this snake?
He's my favorite..but...peeeeyoooo!
