Boaboy hit something right on the nose. If you are housing the Burm and the Boa together this could be a big problem.(if housing anything of different species together can be bad) Get him his own cage let him settle for about a week in it and try feeding. This may be the problem.

Make sure when you get a new cage for your snake that it has plenty of hides. Even big snakes need hides. The reason I say this is I here alot of people say my snake is 10 foot he doesn't need a hide. I am not saying you don't just making sure you do. Also try to feed later in the day. This may help some.
