It might be a mix between a columbian and a central american but is not a straight up columbian or ive seen locality specific boas from pars of central america with tails that color and as many saddles and pepperd like that. You should look on someones locality specific page to get a better grasp on it but that snake is not a new morph just a pretty central american if you ask me.-thanks
