But I think there IS something inherently more scary about a snake that's trying to eat you above one that will only bite if disturbed. Not that I'm trying to insinuate that andacondas are lusting after human blood, but if you're in that murky water in would kind of stick in your mind. Also, I make the point that if a hot bites you you usually have time to get to a hospital. If a big constrictor really decides it wants to kill you, well, it's pretty much over with. But realistically, I'm not afraid of andacondas, I live in Ohio! The world's most feared snake is whatever's in your backyard, just as the world's most dangerous snake is the one that just bit you.
