I would say it would be alright to use peroxide just be careful to keep it out of the snakes eyes,nose,mouth and wipe it off so it wont run into these areas.Then put neosporin on it.And like Hotshot said make sure you check the cage for what caused the cut and get rid of it or fix it so he wont get hurt again.Good luck.
