If I had a little "gerbil factory" going, I would probably feed some little ones while they were still warm and freeze some for later. The advantage of freezing, of course, is that if there were any parasites at all you could kill them. What the heck...see if your snakes like them & let them answer your question. If they become a popular item, you could let a few of the little g's grow up and make your factory bigger. Good Luck with it. Duffy
:See how you feel after you get bitten a few times. I wouldn't let my conscience bother me any more about feeding gerbils to my snakes than I would about feeding mice. When my son wanted gerbils and hamsters, getting bitten by them would sure make me wish I had a snake to feed them to!
