Care Fresh as a substrate?

Hi. I just came into a bunch of Care Fresh pet bedding, as my mom's ferret just had to be put to sleep.

I was wondering if any one has used this as bedding for their snakes and what they thought of it. Specifically, is it dusty (I haven't seen it yet) or does it make the cage too dry (ie. suck all the humidity out of the tank)?

Any other comments would be appreciated.
