I make hooks out of 4.5inch paint rollers with the rollers removed and then I add length with a sawed off piece of broom handle attached with duct tape.

:I am writing an article for my local Herpetological newsletter. This article will mention some of the innovative and homemade items, which are used during the husbandry of our reptiles and amphibians. I am asking people who read this, to post a short paragraph mentioning an item either found around the house, department store or whatever which has made their life of working with their herps easier.
