:Hi everybody. I would like to get a second snake (have a thayeri). i have been doing my research and find lots of conflicting info. I want a snake that will be comfortable in a 20 gallon long with a docile personality. I prefer colubrids to boids. My thayeri is sweet, he is a little nervous but no longer musks and has never tried to bite. I had a cal king a while back who was sometimes aggressive and I don't really want to go down that road again. I find gopher snakes to be very interesting but are they too big for a 20 gallon long? I also have considered a rosy boa, but I've heard that they hardly ever bite but I've also heard that they do bite often out of a strong feeding response. Can anybody provide any advice?
