what's the average length of a yellow-throated plated liz.?

I've only had mine now for a couple months. He's close to 15in. Will he get any bigger. I've also read that they are omnivores but he never eats any greens or veggies, he'll jump for a cricket in my hand, though. Do they eat a lot of greens or is it unhealthy to go without them, because he hasn't been eating them.
