Most snakes will, but only if you stay very still. Generally they try to find a place to hide and are usually on the move. I guess ball pythons might tend to stay more still. But it sort of depends on the individual snake. Black milksnakes and kingsnakes might be something you'd want to look into, I think black ratsnakes would get a little big for your tastes. You also might be happy with a corn. They're cute, or so I hear.
