All of them do. Imagine yourself if you never went out into the sun. I use a minumum of a 12" reptisun 5.0 light on all my enclosures. and a UVA 80W heat light. The fixture and reptisun bulb only ran me about 50$ all together and I also change my UV lights every 6 months.
