Sorry, I do not know the english common Name. In german its Schwarzstreifen Schildechse or Rotflanken Schildechse.
Females do not have as reddish flanks as males have.
For exact sexing look at the femoral pores. Both sexes do have them but only males produce waxy secrets which protrude visibly from the pores.
