My advice to you is put him outside when the weather warms up enough, at least 80 degrees. give him sun and shade, plus a water bowl and hiding places in shady areas. Lots of things to climb on would be helpful. Feed live foods with plenty of calcium D3 and provide full spectrum lighting indoors. Give the lizard temps in the 82-95 F range. Make sure it has big enough cage and is not swallowing any substrate. Also, some lizards need privacy to eat. You may want to try putting paper over the sides of the cage where the lizard can see out.
