That looks like a good plan to start with. My cage looked something like that only bigger. LOL. But i had 2 savs so keep that in mind. That cage will be quite adequate for a full grown sav. Now you just have to figure out your heating requirements for that cage. Its not that difficult but you will have to arrange the inside of the cage for a hot and cool side. Hides on both sides are necessary, as is a basking spot. A water dish large enough for him to submerge in is also necessary. This can be substituted for weekly soakings, but a water source is still needed. They often defecate in their water so routine cleaning is essential. I hope this helps.
