You don't mix a Podarcis with a Sceloporus!! The Sceloporus can quite handily snack on the Podarcis, they require different habitats entirely (Podarcis like a dry forest setup, Sceloporus a desert setup) and the Sceloporus will hog most of the food and stress out the poor Podarcis.
And, have you treated your Sceloporus for black mites? They hide out under the spiny scales. Provent-a-mite is an excellent treatment.
