Can Palmatogecko rangei be handled?

I'm having a web-footed gecko shipped to me on Wednesday and I was wondering if they're able to be handled at all. I'm not thinking of handling it every day or with the frequency one would handle a leopard gecko, but is it basically okay for me to pick it up once and a while?
