if a really skinny gecko is gravid...............(plz help)

.......is there a chance of survival for the hatchlings?

-i just bought a (CB) female stenodactylus petrii 2 days ago from the pet shop, and she is REALLY skinny, but i can see two ovals in her belly, and her belly is really fat (but her tail isnt). Is there hope for the hatchlings?

Any help would greatly be appreciated, THX
