My guess is either 1) stain 2) bruise (?) 3) burn (??) or 4) skin left over from when she shed the last time.

I'm not sure what she could have stained herself on.
She is generally pretty acrobatic, so brusing herself isn't entirely out of the question. I've seen her jump 12" + inside the enclosure, going from one branch to another or whatnot.
I think it's unlikely that she burned herself, but I guess it's possible. I've seen her clinging to the ceiling from time to time, often getting close to where the bulbs are. Plus if she burned herself, I think I'd see more damage than just a small spot on her belly.
My best guess is probably option 4, the skin left over from last shed.
