Knob Tail questions

Hi Everyone,

Just wondering if I could get some help on this species of knob tails: Nephrurus levis occidentalis

It seems they are not eating so great for me. As a matter of fact, I don't think the male has eaten any of his crickets or small roaches ever since I've recieved him (5 days and counting). Is there a secret I am missing in order to get them to eat. They are digging burrows in the sand and they are all housed seperately. Any info/help is greatly appreciated.
