Please forget about that. Tokays are hardy and a Tokay would survive long in that tank. But htey are agile runners which roam around a lot at night. So an apt enclosure should be at least 3 ft (better 4 ) tall and should preferably exceed 65
gallon.
There are lots of small ground dwelling lizards which would live comfortably in your tank-chose one of those.
