Ahem.... that aside, this caresheet written by the guy I got my geckos from is the only one I've ever found. It's not super-detailed, but it worked pretty well for me.
My pair hasn't bred yet, so I can't help you with that. The website says that the eggs incubate best between 65-68 degrees, but another forum member says his did fine in the low 70's.
