my Nikon D100 using a Nikkor 105mm macro lens. They were taken outside in direct sunlight along with the pop-up flash on the camera to cancel out harsh shadows. I only had the UV filter on the lens (I forgot to put on the Circular Polarizer but I think the pictures came out okay without it!). The photos I posted were resized and compressed to make them dial-up friendly but are straight out of the camera besides that (no editing with photoshop, etc.). I can actually (and have done this before) get 20 x 30 inch prints made from the originals and these poster sized prints are just as sharp and clear (not at all pixilated) as an 8 x 10 inch print. I love this camera :-D
