Even though they are both captive bred, they are from different parts of the world and could carry different parasites. For example, beardies routinely carry coccidia and it doesn't bother them unless they get stressed and it gets to be too heavy of a load. I don't know if leos carry coccidia or not. Also, beardies are semi-arboreal, leos are terrestrial. Beardies are diurnal, leos are nocturnal. Very different needs. -Lucy
