Thanks for replying to my questions, Ingo. I had to discard both eggs because one had a long crack in it and the other had a hole in it. I'm 99% sure it was due to excessive wetness (like you said). I will definetly take your advice and use gravel next time. Do you use large pebbled or small pebbled gravel? What type of incubation apparatus do you use? I'm thinking of buying an incubator at the reptile show in Columbus, OH this weekend. How high to you keep the humidity in your incubation apparatus? The next time she lays eggs I hope I will be better prepared. I had the pair of Madagascar Giant Day Geckos for 2 months now and it was her first eggs that she has laid. Should I expect more in the near future or does it take a few months to produce more eggs? Thanks in advance for all your help.
