My house gecko is 3 1/2 inches long. The last day he ate was February 28th, which was only one small cricket. He went through March 3 and 4th. It is now March 18th and he still hasn't eaten anything. He has become more and more inactive unless I'm purposely chasing him around his cage. He is also becoming skinnier. The people at the pet store here tell me his is dehydrated. He lives in a 10 gallon tank, has a warm/dry and a cold/wet side which is sprayed every night. He will lick water off his face still. I purchased Hydrolife which is supposed to go directly into his mouth. However, he doesn't willing just open his mouth for me. I have been putting small drops of it on his head which he licks off after a bit. I was also told to crush crickets and put it in a syringe and force feed him, but again, he doesn't willing open his mouth. I guess I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions. I really really don't want him to die. Thanks!
