You have to be a real expert to identify mushrooms and even then you couldn't do it from a picture. Lots of mushrooms are prefectly harmless, but then some mushrooms are deadly poisonous and the deadly ones often look a lot like the harmless ones so I'd play it safe and get rid of it.
