I think most of us don't have access to monthly reptile shows though. If you are talking about large adult mice, .20-.30 cents each is very, very good pricing - cheaper than I've ever seen!
For the rest of us, you can browse the net or look at the classifieds at reptile.com. Rodentpro.com has large adult mice at .61 cents each (for 250) INCLUDING packing in dry ice plus shipping (at least to my location).
If you can get pricing like that and have access to regular shows (be sure to factor in traveling and entrance costs) and the mice are fed on high quality chow, then by all means go for it.

:They will kill you on shipping fee.. Trust me.... monthly reptiles show is lot lot lot cheaper!! i buy my rodents at the show. It will cost me 20 to 30 bucks for 100 frozen mice.
:agree with me mr.moss? If you cant go to the show and get the mice, you might as well order rodents from the magazines that mr moss suggested..
