Parasites

I feed my gator dead mice, and lean meats. I want to give him treats like crayfish, tadpoles, etc. But the mice I feed him are prekilled frozen mice so any internal parasites would have been killed. My question is can my gator get worms and other parasites from food items that have not been frozen lets say crayfish for example?
