Hi guys,

I was just wondering what kind of growth rates anyone else with dwarf caimans has noticed. I got my trig. last september, at 14" and he is now 20". He has eaten like a pig since I first got him, mostly just hopper mice, day old quail and nightcrawlers. It's really hard to find any minnows or other fish besides normal aquarium fish in my town, so I give him any. He used to eat crickets to, but now he doesn't really pay any attention to them. He eats every other day, and his tank is kept at 85 F in the water, with a basking spot of 110 F. The only other recorded growth rates for these guys I found was on http://crocodilian.com/paleosuchus/ and that chart puts 6" of growth over 2 years time. So I was just curious if anyone else had any recorded information I could compare mine too.

Thanks
