O. tetraspis and Paleosuchus

I was wondering.....Osteolaemus tetraspis and Paleosuchus are extremely alike. They are the only species that have brown eyes, they are both mainly nocturnal, they both commonly burrow during the day, they look very similar when young, and not to mention their small adult size. I was just wondering if maybe it is possible that O. tetraspis is realated to paleosuchus. They seem too similar to be of different families.
