I was wrong. The houseing guidlines I posted about was incorrect. I am in the prosess of moving and I had got my Federal and Local papers mixed up.
I guess APHIS dosn't care about your crocs. If anyone ever moves to Harvey Co. Kansas you will have something to go on.
