I don't have a croc, but I do have goldfish. Bacteria in the water can acutally be a good thing because it breaks down organic waste products. Oh, and scientifically, the number of teeth they have is 'lots' :) (I'm sure it varies from species to species, there are a lot of kinds of crocodillians, even some that stay relatively small).
