If I get what you are asking you are referring to the "types" of cholesterol correct?
In general high quantities of either ldl or hdl are not good for you but from my conversation goldfish are high in both but are even higher in ldl (the bad one). I didn't have time to try and get numbers as she was getting ready for a conference.
