Saw some Garters doing it!

I think what I saw was some Garters doing it. One larger one was chased by a smaller one. Then the small one would kind of wrap himself around the larger one and move around funny. I'm guessing that the larger one was the female. These are Eastern Garters. The male was only about 1/3 the size of the female.

Assuming that all went well. When can I expect to see babies? Where will she likely have them?
