now that i'm more familiar with them (see earlier posts about my storeria ignorance), i say that's a brown snake for sure. i have seen dozens now, all have a peach/orange peach-pink or orange-tan belly. wait till it sheds; its very nice really.did you keep him or return him to the capture site?
